ZTWB DC medium thrust free compensator: composed of a variable diameter tube, an inner sleeve, a sealing seat outer sleeve, flexible graphite packing, and nuts and bolts. The emergence of ZTWB DC dielectric thrust free compensator is undoubtedly a breakthrough in thermal pipeline compensator products. It not only opens up new fields for the production of compensators, but more importantly, it not only solves the fatal weakness of working medium thrust in pipelines, but also addresses the drawbacks of stress concentration and high medium resistance in bypass pipe type thrust free compensators.
The working principle of high-temperature sealing agent is applied to the compensator, and the DC thrust free compensator is modified into an oil injected DC medium thrust free compensator, which solves the problem of small leakage that occurs during long-term operation of the compensator. The ZTWB series oil injected DC dielectric thrust free compensator can be widely used in pipelines such as chemical, petroleum, thermal power, metallurgy, urban centralized heating and other pipelines, as well as in underground trenches and high-altitude installations. At the same time, it is convenient for pipeline design, installation and construction, and saves a lot of money (saving more than 60% of the cost of only fixing brackets). Product Features
It cleverly utilizes Pascal's theory in fluid mechanics to design a dense annular chamber with two annular compression surfaces, one is the fixed end face of the chamber and the other is the annular shoulder surface of the expansion tube enclosed in the chamber, which is movable along with the expansion tube. The area of this movable annular compression surface is exactly equal to the cross-sectional area of the expansion pipe. When the compensator is working, under the action of the medium pressure, the pressure on the annular surface is equal to the pressure on the cross-sectional area of the expansion pipe, but in the opposite direction, so the two pressures cancel each other out. The selected sealing fillers are all flexible graphite, and the grades used are nuclear grade and industrial precision grade. Some antioxidant components have been added to the compensator packing to delay the oxidation time of the packing, thereby greatly improving the sealing performance of the ZTWB DC medium thrust free compensator compared to ordinary compensators.
